On the request of the College of Europe, Diplomats Without Borders member Roeland van de Geer prepared a two-day introductory course on the structure and functioning of the European Union, on EU external representation and public diplomacy and on political analysis and reporting for staff members of the secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Consultations on future cooperation between the College of Europe, the Gulf Cooperation Council and Diplomats Without Borders are envisaged.
